For Users of the Misumi-VONA Website for Press and Mold CAD Data download

There are issues with being able to download Misumi Press or Mold CAD models that that are associated with the latest Windows Updates. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we are working to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

It has been found that in some cases, this issue can be resolved by uninstalling Windows Updates KB4041681 or KB4041678.

For Users of Mold Ex-Press DVD

There are issues with being able to download Misumi Press or Mold CAD models that are associated with the latest Windows Updates. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we are working to have issue this resolved as quickly as possible.

For Mold Ex-Press Users with Creo (Pro/Engineer) and SolidWorks Plugins

The Mold Ex-Press prevents the start-up of your CAD software. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we are working to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible. In order to resolve this issue, please uninstall the(GP) Menu_SW_64bit in the main program. 

Note:Please make sure not select "Uninstall Press (Global)" or "Uninstall Mold (Global)" by mistake.

  1. Click Start button and open
  2. Select Uninstall program
    [Uninstall(XX)Menu_your CAD software name] .


For Mold Ex-Press Users with Catia Plugins

You will see a message indicating an alignment failure when starting CATIA. Please ignore this message as

we confirmed that Mold Ex-Press operates normally regardless of this message.

For Mold EX-Press Users with Autocad or NX  Plugins

We are confirmed that you can use it without any problem at the present time.
