Notification regarding Mold Ex-Press System Malfunction associated with Latest Windows Update

For Users of Mold Ex-Press DVD 

 

 

Mold EX-Press has been unavailable due to a Microsoft Windows update issued on October 11, 2017. Mold EX-Press (DVD version) will be available for use once the Microsoft Windows update issued on November 14, 2017 is applied.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

To use Mold EX-Press the following Windows update needs to be applied.

Windows 7 KB4048960 / KB4048957

Windows10 KB4048954 / KB4048955

 

If you would like Windows update applied manually, the program can be installed from the following site.

https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx

Depending on Windows security settings, administrator authority may be required. Please contact your IT administrator.

 

For users who uninstalled CREO (Pro /Engineer) or SolidWorks Plugins

If the Mold EX-Press CAD plugin was uninstalled due to preventing CAD startup following the Windows update issued on October 11th, 2017, please re-install the plugin.

 How to re-install CREO (Pro/Engineer) Plugin.

  1. Click Start button and open

    2. Click"Add Pro/ENGINEER"

         

     3. Select the version of your CAD system.

     4. Select the language of your CAD system

          

 

     5. Specify the location of "Start in"for Pro/E Please refer to A3 in Masterbook for details

        

 

    6. Click "Install" to start installation

       

 

    7. Click "Finish" to complete

       

 

 

How to re-install SolidWorks Plugin.

  1. Click Start button and open

    2. Click"Add SolidWorks"

         

 

     3. Select the language of your CAD system

                

 

    4. Click "Install" to start installation

          

 

    5. Click "Finish" to complete

       

 

For Users of Misumi-VONA Website for Pres and Mold CAD Data download

 

Due to a Windows update on October 11, 2017, our online CAD download service has been unavailable for use. As of October 19th, our service has been fully restored. We apologize for the inconvenience.
